786websolutions provides reliable web hosting and design, 786websolutions reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by 786websolutions when 786websolutions decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.
Our business is continually evolving and as such we reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions when necessary. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are up to date with all of our T&Cs. We will, however, notify you of any prominent changes we feel you need to be made aware of. 786websolutions takes no responsibility for any damages or losses clients may suffer from using our services.
Client agrees that 786websolutions takes no responsibility for the data contained within client’s personal directories; however client assumes full responsibility of the data. The services of 786websolutions can only be used for lawful purposes. Storage or distribution / transmission of illegal data is strictly prohibited.
786websolutions reserves the right to decide as to what constitutes as abuse and any material not mentioned below is left entirely up to the discretion of the 786websolutions staff. Bandwidth is defined as the amount of traffic that is allowed to occur between your website & the rest of the internet. All bandwidth quotas are on a monthly basis. The amount of bandwidth allowed is commensurate to the subscribed hosting plan.
786websolutions reserves the right to suspend services for an account which has exceeded the bandwidth quota allotted. Services would be restored on the start of the next cycle or Upgradation of the hosting package, whichever is earlier. Carrying over of unused amount of bandwidth is not permitted 786websolutions will not activate any service(s) until client has paid in full.
Until and unless you notify 786websolutions of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis. Clients have to make appropriate payment for the services received from 786websolutions.com, before the payment due date during the duration of the services received. 786websolutions reserves the right to change the monthly payment amount and any other charges at anytime.
All payments and service orders are screened for fraudulent transaction & credit card abuse. If a payment is found not to be compliant with our verification & screening procedures, such orders won’t be setup,Payments are verified before being rejected. 786websolutions.com reserves the right to change or revise its policies at any time without prior notice.
For Website Designing clients have to give us their own images, contents or any other material they wish to display on their website.
Flash Advertisement will be charged extra

Here at 786websolutions we do not advertise any sort of pictures or content which is regarding adult, pornography, nude or pictures of girls. We also do not deal with alchohalic drinks.
We do not advertise or design any material which is to prejuidce or any sort of criminal or which has comments or any thing which is against any community.
